can’t wait to plan my funeral

i often find myself looking at peonies

to keep my mind at bay

they would make fantastic 

flowers for my grave

and those new manolo blahniks

i’d buy them if i could

so fashionable, so stylish

inside a box of wood

my spirit guide makes these crowns

each different for a head

oh how good it would look on me

if only i were dead
